ABOUT ME
Education
I am a recent graduate of Martinez Adult Education, Business Training Center. I have completed medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medisoft, medical office procedures, medical coding, medical billing, and several other classes. In addition, I have fulfilled and obtained program certificates as Medical Coding & Billing Specialist/Technician, Medical Office Assistant, and Hospital Ward Clerk. I also attended Solano Community College where I took a number of prerequisites for the Nursing Program.
Work Experience
I am currently employed at County of Napa where I maintain the orderly and cleanliness of the library for patrons. I was an administrative assistant for a tax company where I used my clerical and accounting skills for this year's tax season. I have over six years of experience in providing clerical and administrative support in the dental field. I was the appointment coordinator where I not only managed appointments and schedules; but also collected payments for the billing department. I demonstrated proficiency in document preparation, internal/external communications, data and records management, and task prioritization. I managed assignments with little or without supervision, juggle multiple tasks effectively, and maintained confidentiality with highly sensitive materials and matters.

I show great respect towards my co-workers and anyone I come in contact with. I get along well with others. I am considerate and will go the extra mile to help someone in need.
